Charles (Blanche I. Lakin) Hollo way, 69, of Nokomis died 1 a.m. Saturday in St. John's Hospital, Springfield. Funeral services will be 9:30 a.m.

Monday in St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis. Friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 0 9 p.m. Sunday, with Rosary recited at 8 p.m. Sunday.

Marvin (Lydia) Wren of Decatur; brothers, George Guffey and Charles Guffey. both of Brownstown; sisters, Mrs. Rhoda Burnette of Hazel Crest; Mrs. Cleda Bolyard of Decatur; Mrs. Ralph (Edna) Willis of Vandalia; 52 grandchildren; 78 great grandchildren; seven at-great-grand-children.

Three sons and one daughter preceded in death. BUCKLER William Howard Buckler, 60, off 11 Burial will be in Nokomis Cemetery. Mrs. Holloway was born in" England. She was a member of St.

Louis Catholic Senior Citizens and the American Legion Auxiliary. She married Charles Holloway June 1, 1925, in Hillsboro. He died in 1968. Surviving are her sons, John of Noblesville, James of Azusa, Charles of Joliet; brother, Herbert Lakin of Spr ingfield; 10 grandchildren. LAMBERT Oid D.

Lambert, 75, of rural Hidalgo, died 4 p.m. at his home. Funeral services are incomplete at Barkley Funeral Home, Greenup. Mr. Lambert was born in Jasper County.

He married Grace Jones in 1920. She died in 1928. He married Vernice Newlin Sept. 8, 1942. He was a retired state employe and a retired farmer.

Devonshire died 5 a.m. Saturday in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in Brintlinger's Funeral Home, where friends may call after 5 p.m. Monday.

Burial will be in Mount Gilead Cemetery. Mr. Carder was born in Cen-tralia. He was a retired painter. He married Rosa Ward in Decatur Nov.

DALE Mrs. Estella N. Dale, 76, of 330 E. Lincoln Ave. died 11:12 a.m.

Friday in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the J. J. Moran Sons Funeral Home, where friends may call 7 to 9 p.m.

Monday. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Dale was born in Port Gibson, a daughter of Daniel and Louise Wilson Newton. She worked at several restaurants as a cook.

Surviving are a son, Willie of Decatur; sister, Mrs. Sally Moss of East St. Louis; six grandchildren and two great -grandchildren. GROSS Mrs. Julius (Emma Schiminski) Gross, 91, of 2530 N.

Monroe formerly of Oreana, died 7:05 a.m. Saturday in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Tuesday in J. J.

Moran Sons Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery. Mrs. Gross was born in Decatur, a daughter of Michael and Augusta Von Gross Schiminski.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. She married Julius Gross Nov. 20, 1903. He died in 1948.

Surviving are sons, Erwin of Decatur; Robert of Oreana; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren. Two brothers and three sisters preceded in death. LAY Mrs. Carl (Wilda) Lay, 78, of Stanford, formerly of Decatur, died Thursday in Seminole Memorial Hospital, Stanford, Fla. Funeral services will be 10 a.m.

Tuesday in the Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home, where friends may call 6 to 8:30 p.m. Monday. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery, Ar-genta. Mrs. Lay was born near Cisco, a daughter of Joseph and Farrah Higgins.

She married Carl Lay in 1918 in Decatur. He died June 10, 1953. Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Henry (Nellie) Kretzer of Geneva, Fla. MANCINI Mrs.

Leonard (Anna Marie "Mary'' Prosper) Mancini, 45, of Davidsville, formerly of Decatur, died Friday night in Pennsylvania. Mass of the Resurrection will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Catherine Catholic Church in DuBois, Pa. Friends may call after 7 p.m.

Sunday at Welton Funeral Home, DuBois. Mrs. Mancini lived in Decatur for 4V2 years and worked as a registered nurse at Decatur Memorial Hospital. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Decatur. Surviving are her husband; son, Dario of Decatur; Paul, at home; daughters, Mary Ann and Janice, both at home; parents, Mr.

Monday. Burial will be in Bement Cemetery. Mrs. Arnold was born in Effingham. She married Benjamin Arnold April 14, 1904r in Effingham.

He died Aug. 25, 1967. She was a member of Bement Presbyterian Church and Royal Neighbors Lodge.
