Thursday in Union Cemetery, Lincoln. Holland Barry Funeral Home, Lincoln is in charge. He was born in Elkhart, son of Daniel and Fannie Simon. He was employed at the Lincoln Developmental Center and Lincoln Iron Metal Works. He was an air force veteran of World War II and member of the Elks Club, Lincoln, and the Temple B'Rith Sholom, Springfield.

Surviving are sisters, Erna Hartmann and Martha Kostomay, both of Lincoln. One brother and one sister preceded him in death. Sullens Mrs. Rolla (Nellie M. Gray) Sullens, 71, of Salem died 5 a.m.

Monday (July 9, 1979) in Salem Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Linton Funeral Home, Kinmundy, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Alma Cemetery.

Mrs. Sullens was born in Marion County, daughter of James Robert and Louisa Gray. She was a member of the Salem Presbyterian Church. She married Rolla Sullens in 1965. Surviving are her husband; brothers, Charles Gray of Salem; Francis Gray of Detroit, sister, Luella Jones, Tucson.

Tracy John Edgar Tracy, 63, of rural Oblong died 2 p.m. Sunday (July 8, 1979) in the home of his son in Oblong. Funeral services will be 1 a.m. Wednesday in Pulliam Funeral Home, Oblong, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in Prior Grove Cemetery, southeast of Oblong. Welton Mrs. Ora (Laura DeWitt) Welton, 76, of Fairgrange died 8:10 p.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Coles County. Funeral services will be 2 p.m.

Wednesday in Harper-Swickard Funeral Home, Charleston, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Rose-lawn Cemetery, Charleston. She was born in Coles County, daughter of Edward and Nellie DeWitt. She was a member of Bushton Christian Church.

She married Willis Dean. He died in 1942. She married Ora Welton. He died in 1972. Surviving are sons.

Tuesday in Johnson Funeral Home, Effingham, and one hour prior to service time at the church. Burial will be in St. Anthony Cemetery, Effingham. He was born in Farina, son of Morris and Tillie O'Connell. He was a member of the Centenary United Methodist Church.

He married Hannah Donsbach. Surviving are his wife; son, Patrick of Effingham; two grandchildren. Parker Charles D. Parker, 62, of Neoga died 5 p.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Coles County.

Mary's Catholic Church, Farmersville, with visitation in the church one hour prior to service time. Murphey-Hough Funeral Home, Farmersville is in charge. Burial will be in Camp Butler Cemetery, Springfield. She was born in Margnette, daughter of Lewis and Margaret Seeburger. She was a member of St.

Mary's Catholic Church, Farmersville. She married George Sanders in 1950. He died in 1970. Sarver Vern E. Sarver, 81, of Cowden died Sunday morning (July 8, 1979) at St.

Anthony Memorial Hospital, Effingham. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Wallace Carroll Funeral Home, Herrick, with visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Buchanan Cemetery, Fayette County.

Luster Mrs. David M. (Shirley Denson) Luster, 44, of Forsyth died 11:07 a.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral arrangements are incomplete in Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home.

Mrs. Luster was born in Lake City, daughter of Fred L. and Irenen Denson. She was a secretary for Illinois, Power Co. She married David M.

Luster in 1969. Surviving are her husband; daughters, Cheri L. and Tammy L. Revens-craft, both of Decatur; stepsons, David and Doug Luster, both of Streator; brothers, Robert Denson of Springfield; Harold and Richard Denson, both of Decatur; sister, Mrs. James (Helen) Burkhead of Oakley; one grandchild.

Two brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Murray Bill Murray, 59, formerly of Decatur, died Sunday morning at Osage Beach, Mo. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in Cline Funeral Home, Beardstown, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in Beardstown City Cemetery. Mr. Murray was born in Beardstown, son of Elmer R. and Harriett Butt Murray. He served in the Navy in World War II and was associated with Ford and Chevrolet dealerships in Beardstown and Decatur for 34 years.

He married Betty Jean Patterson in 1968. Surviving are his wife; sons, John of Decatur; Bruce of Mahomet; daughter, Mrs. Meredith Powers of Hankins, N. Y. stepson, Gaylord Hanks of Jacksonville; stepdaughters, Kay Wining of Osage Beach, Donna England of Federal Way, Linda Sheets of Moline; mother of Decatur; brothers, Richard of Beardstown; N.B.

of Macomb; H.E. of Decatur; sister, Mrs. Carolyn Elliott of Decatur; 12 grandchildren. Wickenburg Mrs. Herbert (Eva Kerr) Wicken-burg.

87, of 533 Virginia died 10:10 a.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Funeral services will be Thursday morning in Johnson Memorial Home, Duluth, Minn. Ater Memorial Home is in charge of local arrangements. Burial will be in Duluth.

Mrs. Wickenburg was born in Canada. She was a member of Lake Side Macon County Ernest Mrs. Robert (Gustava Wheeless) Ernest, 78, of 1515 W. Main St.

died 1:45 p.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Americana Health Care Center. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home. No visitation.

Burial will be in the Ashley I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Mrs. Ernest was born in Ashley, daughter of Franklin and Penelope Wheeless. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and was a teacher at Dennis School.

She married Robert B. Ernest in 1956. He died in 1970. Surviving is a sister, Florence Oblan-der of Rockford. Three brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Henry S. Henwood Henwood Henry S. Henwood, 82, of 980 N. Taylor Road died 9:45 p.m. Sunday (July 8, 1979) in Lakeshore Manor Nursing Home.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in J.J. Moran Son's Funeral Home, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Fairlawn Cemetery.

Mr. Henwood was born in Springfield, son of William L. and Clara Henwood. He was a former produce manager for Rudow's Market and served with the cavalry in World War I. He married Elizabeth Hughes Paul.

She preceded him in death. He married Nellie Boyer. Surviving are his wife; sons. Earl Paul of Fort Worth, Texas; William Paul of Decatur; daughters, Mrs. Larry (Leona) Myre of St.

Wickenburg, who preceded her in death. Surviving are daughter, Virginia Northway of Decatur; brothers, William Herbert and Ernest Kerr, both of Duluth; four grandchildren; one greatgrandchild. C.K. (Ruth Boyd) Williams, 72, of 1137 E. Logan St. died 3:55 p.m. Thursday (July 5, 1979) at Illini House.

Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home with visitation after 4 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Camp Butler Cemetery, Springfield. She was born in Mississippi, daughter of Fred and Sallie Boyd.

She was a member of Antioch Baptist Church. She married C.K. Williams in 1945. He died in 1966. Surviving are brothers, Freeman Boyd and Lee Williams, both of Marvel, Albert Boyd of Mississippi; sister, Gertrude Thomas of Chicago.

Central Illinois Cochran Clarence Cochran, 75, of Cowden died 8:50 a.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) in Cowden. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Lockart and Sons Funeral Home, Cowden, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in Mound Cemetery, Cowden. Mr. Cochran was born in Fayette County, son of John and Alice Cochran. He was a member of Herrick Baptist Church. He married Nellie Ruth Julius in 1936.

She died in 1972. Surviving are son, Justin of Lena; daughter, Mrs. Neal (Marilyn) Atte-berry of Springfield; brother. Earl of Cowden; sisters, Ada D. Cochran of Cowden; Bessie Eckels of Decatur; Hilda Honn of Olney; seven grandchildren.

Duez Xavier Duez, 63, of Pana died noon Monday (July 9, 1979) in Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis, Ind. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at D.J. Kennedy Sons Funeral Home, Pana. Mr. Duez was born in Pana, son of Joseph and Victoria Duez.

He owned Duez Shore Store in Pana, and was a World War I veteran. He married Rachel Riley. Surviving are his wife; sons, Charles of Sylvania, Ohio; Robert, Kevin and Thomas, all of Pana; David of Peoria; Timothy of Chicago; brother. Art of Jacksonville, 11 grandchildren. Elliott Glen D.

Elliott, 67, of Mattoon was dead on arrival 1:27 p.m. Monday (July 9, 1979) at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center, Coles County. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday in Schilling's Funeral Home, Mattoon, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in Elliott Cemetery at Toledo. He was born in Toledo, son of Thomas and Effie Poe Elliott. He was a retired Illinois Central Railroad employee. Surviving are his brother, Gerald of Mattoon; sister, Mrs. Eugene (Frances) Schwartz of Mattoon; Two sisters and three brothers preceded him in death.

Etchison Mrs. A.G. (Melba) Etchison, 77, of Assumption died at 3:30 p.m. Sunday (July 8, 1979) in Hawthorne Lodge, Pana. Graveside services will be 10 a.m.

Wednesday in Pleasant View Cemetery, Assumption. No visitation. Sherwood-Seitz Funeral Home, Moweaqua, is in charge of the arrangements. Mrs. Etchison was born in Taylor-ville, daughter of Jack and Mathilda Hall Etchison.

She was a volunteer worker for the Assumption Red Cross, member of the Assumption Library Board and Methodist Church of As- STICK IT IN YOUR EAR sumption. She married Dr. A.C. Etchison in 1932. He died in 1965.

Surviving are son, Joseph R. of Tay-lorville; six grandchildren; one greatgrandchild. One son, one brother and two sisters preceded her in death. Helton Archie B. Helton, 56, of Lincoln died 8:05 a.m.

Monday (July 9, 1979) in Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Lincoln. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Holland Barry Funeral Home, Lincoln, with visitation 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Oak View Cemetery, Armington.

He was born in Treadway, son of Hall and Cora Gordon Helton. He was employed by Pierce Glass Lincoln. He married Louise Sherrer in 1945. She was a seamstress for DeMoulin Bros. Garment Factory, Greenville, for 22 years. She was a member of the Fireman's Auxiliary, Smithboro, and the International Ladies Garment Wro-ker's Union. She married Clarence L. "Bud" Nelson in 1934.

He died in 1968. Surviving are sons, Elvin D. of Smithboro; Donald E. "Bud" of Tallahassee, Larry D. of Belton, Texas; daughters, Mrs.
