Surviving are his wife; sister, Mrs. James (Marjo-rie) Bien of Champaign. One brother and two sisters preceded him in death. Welch MATTOON Harold C. Welch 58, of Inverness, formerly of Mattoon, died Saturday morning (April 23.

1983) in Shands Teaching Hospital, Gainesville, Fla. Arrangements are incomplete at Schilling's Funeral Home, Mattoon. Mr. Welch was born in Jacksonville, son of Harold and Susanna Welch Sr. He was a maintenance man at Our Lady Fatima Catholic Church in Inverness, Fla.

Surviving are his brother, William of San Francisco, sisters, Margaret Laub of St. Petersburg, Susan Jordan of Inverness, Fla. Zeeb SULLIVAN Mrs. Everett (Lois McGrath) Zeeb. 71, of Sullivan died 7 p.m.

Friday (April 22, 1983) in her home. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday in McMullin Funeral Home, Sullivan, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery Sullivan.

Burial will be in Morrisonville Cemetery. Mr. Dyson was born in Palmer, son of Herschel and Lula Dyson. He was a retired postmaster in Palmer and a member of Taylorville First United Methodist. He married Helen Frederick in 1936.

Mr. Earhart was born in Eaton. Ohio, son of Lewis and Martha Earhart. He was a retired employee of Illinois Central Gulf Railway a retired employee of Illinois State Commerce Commission, a member of Clinton United Methodist Church and De-Witt Masonic Lodge. He married Claudia Mae Weatherholt in 1946.

She died March 24, 1983. Surviving are his son. Beck HERRICK Maurice Cale Beck, 69, of Herrick died 4:20 p.m. Friday (April 22, 1983) in St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur.

Herman (Zada Ethel Davis) Nottelmann, 66, of Warrensburg died 3:05 p.m. Friday (April 22, 1983) in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Services will be 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home, with visitation one hour before service time. Burial will be in Illini Cemetery, Warrensburg.

Memorials: United Methodist Church, Warrensburg. Mrs. Nottelmann was born in Macon County, daughter of Joseph Henry and Florence Ethel Davis. She was a member of Warrensburg United Methodist Church. She married Herman Nottelmann in 1938.
