Schwartzel was born in Decatur, a son of Clarence and Freda Leigh Schwartzle. He was veteran of World War H. He was the manager of the Pershing Bowl. On Jan. 17, 1950, he was married to Eleanor Ponewashjahn in Little Rock, Ark.

Survivors include his wife; his parents of Decatur; a son, Gary and a daughter, Paula, both at home. Friday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. MAST Herbert F. Mast, 78, of 1659 N. 29th St.

died at 7:25 p.m. Wednesday in Decatur Memorial Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home where friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Burial will be in Macon County Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Mast was born in Hagarstown, a son of William and Mary Catherine Summerlot Mast. He has lived in Decatur 46 years. Mr. Mast was a retired shop supervisor for Studebaker Co.

More recently, he has been self employed as a carpenter. He was a member of Peoples Church of God. Mr. Mast married Tina Irene Holman in St. Elmo on Oct.

25, 1912. Survivors include his wife; son, Wayne of Decatur; brother, William E. of Decatur; three grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. Dne daughter and two sisters preceded him in death. RINEHART Ralph "Mr.

M. Reinhart, 57, of 1305 W. Highland Ct. died at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday in Decatur Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in First Christian Church. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the J. J.

Moran Sons Funeral Home. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Mr. Rinehart was born in Germantown, Ohio, a son of Harry and Addie Rinehart. Known as "Mr.

Davis," he owned and operated the Davis Shoe Repair Shop for 24 years. He came to Decatur in 1947 from Sapulpa, and was a member of First Christian Church. He married Syble Irene Rushing on July 11, 1933, in Sapulpa, Okla. Surviving are his wife; daughters, Mrs. Grace M.

Gillette of Decatur; Mrs. Gerald (Mary) Fox of Oreana; brother, George H. of Peoria; and two grandchildren. A brother preceded him in death. SCRIMPSHER John E.

Scrimpsher, 58, of 3259 Greenlake Dr. died at 2:30 a.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Hospital. Private family graveside serv ices will be at 3 p.m.

Saturday in Garver Cemetery, near Ore-ana. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday in the Dawson Wikoff Funeral Home. Memorials: National Wildlife Federation. Mr.

Scrimpsher was born in Decatur, a son of Baley E. and Ida Brown Scrimpsher. A lifelong Decatur resident, he owner and operated the Scrimpsher Standard Service Station at 1405 N. 22nd St In 1966, he received awards from Standard Oil and the Decatur Association of Commerce for aiding a stranded college student. He married Lelah Laura Galligar in Covington, on Oct.

31, 1937. Surviving are his wife; son, Decatur BRIGGS Mrs. Margaret Helen Briggs, 87, of 1752 E. Whitmer St- died at 1:45 a.m. Thursday in Wabash Memorial Hospital.

Mass of the Resurrection will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in St. James Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call after 4 p.m.

Friday in the J. J. Moran Si Sons Funeral Home, where a wake service will be conducted at 8 p.m. Friday. Mrs.

Briggs was born in Carroll, Iowa, a daughter of John and Brigett Prunty Lyons. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church. She married Harry Donald "John" Briggs, Nov. 3, 1913, in Rockford.

He preceded her in death. Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Russell (Dorothy) Burnett and Mrs. John (Margaret Leona) Tokarz, both of Decatur, Mrs. Kenneth (Marybell) Brown of Fort Worth, and Mrs.

Bernice Gentry of Sacramento, a stepdaughter, Mrs. Louis (Leota) Klinke of Freeport; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren. One son, four brothers and a sister preceded her in death. DAVIS Mrs. Florence Lorain Davis, 48, of 2200 E.

Wood St. died at 1:55 a. m. Thursday in St. Mary's Hospital.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the J. J. Moran Sons Funeral Home. Mrs. Davis was born in Decatur, a daughter of William and Gladys Pearce Dial.

She was a registered nurse and had been employed by St. Mary's Hospital. She returned to Decatur from Long Beach, a year and a half ago. ilrs. Davis was a member of St.

Patrick Catholic Church. Surviving are a son, Gary of Long Beach, parents of Long Beach; brother, William E. Dial of Decatur; sisters, Mrs. A. R.

(Thelma) Armstrong and Mrs. John (Leona) Boyer, both of Decatur; Mrs. Joseph (Mary) Ruble of Anaheim, Mrs. Sheldon D. (Barbara) Golling of Los Angeles, and Mrs.

Gene (Betty) Tabor of Pekin. DICKEY Joelle Lynn Dickey, 5, of 1035 N. Dennis Ave. died at 8:35 a.m. Wednesday in Children's Hos pital in St.

Louis. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the J. J. Moran Sons Funeral Home, where friends may call after 4 p.m.

Friday. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Surviving are her parents, Mervil and Rita Dickey; brother, Geoffrey at' home; and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs Mervil Dickey of Ullin and Mr, and Mrs. L.
