20, 1986) in Fayette County Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in Hohlt Funeral Home, Vandalia, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Wednes-day. Burial will be in Mclnturff Cemetery, Hagarstown.

Memorials: Fayette County Heart Fund. Mr. Wright was born in Fayette County, son of Wash and Agnes. Wright. He worked for Johnson, Ste-' phens Shinkle Shoe Illinois Highway Department and Vandalia Street Department.

He married Grace Hamilton in 1943. She died in -1981. Watkins was born in Moultrie County, daughter of Lemuel Potter and Mary Emaline Webb. She was a member of the Mariorraetta Rebekah Lodge 347, IOOF, Arthur, and a retired member of the Senior Volunteer Program. She was a member of Vine Street Church, Arthur. She married Jesse Watkins in 1924. Surviving are her husband; son, Jess of Lake Elsinore, daughter, Janet Clark of Collinsville; brother, Carl E.

Webb of Midway City, eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. One son, six brothers and one sister preceded her in death. Webb LANE Clarence Richard "Budge" Webb 66, of Lane died 11:25 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 19, 1986) in his home.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Herington-Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Friends Creek Cemetery, Argenta. Memorials: Kidney Foundation.

Mr. Webb was born in Clinton, son of James and Edna Webb. He was a retired Caterpillar Inc. employee. He married Minnie Hott in 1941.

Surviving are his wife; son, Clarence Jr. of Clinton; daughter, Sandra Webb of Lane; brother, Raymond of Clinton; sisters. Chloe Smith of Weldon; Dorothy Bell Welch of Ar-kadelphia, one grandchild. One brother and two sisters preceded him in death. West PANA John "Jack" L.

West, 56, of rural Pana died 1:25 p.m. Monday (Oct. 20, 1986) in his home. Arrangements are incomplete at McCracken Funeral Home, Pana. Mr.

West was a son of John C. and Elsie B. Hamblen West of Pana. He was employed at National Greenhouse Pana. Surviving are his sons, Larry of Chicago; Arran of Evanston; John Burgener.

He was a retired plumber and farmer. He was a member of Faith Bible Church, Olney. He married Naomi Von Almen in 1952. Surviving are his wife; sons, Ivan and Allen, both of Olney; brothers, Robert 0. of Houston, Mo.

Paul of Converse, three grandchildren. One sister and one brother preceded him in death. Funkhouser CLAY CITY Mrs. Tracy (LuU May Rinehart) Funkhouser, 94, of Clay City died 1:15 p.m. Saturday (Oct.

18, 1986) in Flora Care Center, Flora. Services will be 1:30 p.m.. Wednesday in Sailor Springs Christian Church, Sailor Springs, with visitation 10 a.m. to service time at the church on Wednesday. Burial will be in Dillman Cemetery, Sailor Springs.

Hosselton, Bookhout Engelmeier Funeral Home Ltd. is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Funkhouser was born in Sailor Springs, daughter oi William and Iva Rinehart. She was a member of Clay City Methodist Church, Royal Neighbors and Mattoon Eastern Star.

She married Tracy Funkhouser in 1916. He preceded her in death. Surviving are her sister, Ruth Coggan of Sailor Springs; four grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren. Two sons preceded her in death. Hedrick CHARLESTON Mrs.

James (Lola Carter) Hedrick, 94, of Charleston died 1 p.m. Sunday (Oct, 19, 1986) in Hilltop Convalescent Center, Charleston. Services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Harper-Swickard Chapel, Charleston, with visitation 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Mattoon. Kincade OLNEY Floyd Kincade, 73, of Olney died 7 a.m. Sunday (Oct. 19, 1986) in his home. Services will be 1:30 p.m.

Wednesday in Summers Memorial Chapel, Olney, with visitation 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Wes-tlawn Cemetery, Newton. Mr. Kincade was born in Jasper County, son of Charles and Eleo Kincade.

He was owner and operator of Kincade Acres Trailer Court, was a retired postal employee and farmer. He married Rosalie K. Groves in 1938. She died in 1984. Surviving are his son, Larry of Olney; daughter, Mrs.

Bud (Sandra) Long of Olney; brother, Orlin of Be-gota; sister, Cecilia Wilson of Newton; four grandchildren. One grandson preceded him in death. Lovellette EFFINGHAM Mrs. Rodney (Teddy Ann Padgett) Lovellette, 45, of Effingham died 9:32 p.m. Sunday (Oct.

19, 1986) in Burnham Hospital, Champaign. Services will be 10 a.m. Wednes Becker DELAND Anthony "Tony" E. Becker, 26, of DeLand died 12:35 a.m. Monday (Oct.

She was a school teacher, past chairperson of Region 37 of Illinois Education Association, preceptor Beta Rho Chapter of Beta Sigma Phi, former owner of Love's Computer Lab of Effingham, a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and St. Anne's Altar Sodality. She married Rodney Lee Lovellette in 1963.

Maurice (Dora Ann) Veach of Ashmore; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren. One infant brother preceded him in death. Mclntyre OBLONG Creston Mclntyre, 70, of Oblong died 1:45 p.m. Sunday (Oct. 19, 1986) in Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson.
