Rammel of 444 South Twenty-third place, a photographer for The Herald and Review will speak at a meeting of the Photographic Society of Decatur at 7:30 p. m. today. Mr. Rammel will talk on "Thinking A Picture." The meeting, open to the public, will be in the city recreation center, 243 South Water street.

Winning prints of the 1950 national Graflex Co. photo contest will be on exhibit, according to Dr. R. B. Sweetland, program chairman.
