Susan Kramer, Betty Kreher. Judges Mike Simpson, Sue Hass-ingler, Danny Thomas and Madelyn Cooper said they were impressed by the variety of work entered and the excellence of the artists. The purpose of On My Own Time is to recognize and identify the artistic talents of people employed in Decatur businesses and industries. Sixty pieces of art work have tieen selected for the On My Own ri.Time exhibit Tuesday through Dec. ,17 in Kirkland Fine Arts Center at Millikin University.

Artists will be honored at a re--. ception from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 6. Normal gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m.

Monday through Friday and noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. The art work to be on display was chosen from the 20 participating companies in this year's On My Own Time program, sponsored by the Decatur Area Arts Council. This is the largest exhibit in the three-year his-. tory of the event.

Craft items, for the most part, will be exhibited only at the Dec. 6 Space limitations and du- plications of craft pieces will deter-tnine which are to be displayed that day.
